The Aberration Game is an open edition generative artwork built on the principles of optical imperfection and strategic choice. Inspired by the phenomenon of chromatic aberration, where light fails to converge through a lens and instead splits into red, green, and blue, this project transforms distortion into design. But this is not just visual, it is interactive. At the core of the work lies a decision: each collector must choose one of three pathsâred, green, or blue. Each choice unlocks a distinct generative system, resulting in three unique visual outputs, each with its own rules, rhythm, and emotional resonance. The artwork becomes a site of agency, where selection shapes outcome and perception becomes participation.
